Maree has honed her training and management skills over a 30 year career in the health, mining and resource sectors in Australia and the USA. Her early experience in strategic planning, key stakeholder management and executive professional development has provided a solid foundation for her current career in change management, learning and development.
Maree’s ability to interpret complex and often changing requirements for major change initiatives coupled with her excellent communication and project management skills has resulted in the successful completion, and often extension, of her assigned projects.
During much of the past 10 years Maree has been a Mango embedded resource at BHP Billiton Iron Ore, as a Project Training Manager for several IM system rollouts. More recently as a Mango Principal Consultant, she has managed several change projects for Sinopec and Total Oil and Gas, Serco at Fiona Stanley Hospital and QANTAS.
Our brief was to review current information and knowledge management practices, capture business requirements, develop a report that outlined process improvements and recommend governance practices, and align this to best fit EDRMS solutions that could meet the business’ current and future needs.
