Cristina has extensive experience in Project and Change Management for a broad range of clients covering mining, manufacturing, oil and gas and financial sectors. She has managed projects using PMBOK and various Change Management methodologies like PROSCI. Her strengths and expertise are business readiness, change strategy, impact analysis, stakeholder liaison, communication strategy, team management, process and systems improvement, project planning, risk management, execution plans, managing schedule / quality / budget, training strategy and implementation.
Recently for Mango Cristina has been involved in the creation of a Change Management framework, process and tools within a project management function, in order to manage and minimise change saturation in ITS delivery. She was also involved in creating and implementing a change plan for Follow me printing within headquarters, which included communications and training for over 500 people.
