Christine is a highly experienced change and learning development specialist, working in the vocational education and training sector for over 16 years. Her areas of expertise include e-Learning and Content Management System development, training program design, development & implementation, facilitation, project and change management. In the area of eLearning resource development, she uses her skills of creative design and an understanding of technical functionality to produce training packages with a focus on – learner outcomes, interactive and adaptive courses, scenario-based training, universal accessible design, and organisational Learning Management Systems (LMS) integration.
Christine possesses high levels of computer skills with experience developing SCORM compliant, competency based, online learning for the TAFE market and Health sector; designing & developing content for building design technical documentation in CAD; and developing and delivering content for Certificate IV course sessions on project management.
Her ability to quickly understand a problem, define the user’s needs and motivations, and align them with the business goals for the project has resulted in effective training solutions that improve productivity, embed new processes and result in more rapid adoption of new systems and change initiatives. Most recently Christine has been developing several packages of online application-based induction training for Perth Children’s Hospital.
The client wanted to implement an improved learning solution to engage and motivate ~60,000 staff, on recordkeeping and information release based on best practice in learning game design ‘gamification’. Mango had an innovative solution.
