Bookings are only deemed to be confirmed when full payment/valid purchase order number is received. Any individual registrant can send an alternative in their place at no additional charge.

Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations received within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled date will be charged 50% of the course registration fee. Cancellations received within seven (7) days of the scheduled date will be charged 100% of the course registration fee.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
